Regional Council honors activists
Northwest Council Officers James Raskob, secretary, Tony Hickerson, chair, and
Orlando De Los Santos, treasurer, presented awards and certificates to members
whose advocacy made SPEEA stronger. De Los Santos and Raskob were both named
Outstanding Leader along with others who were nominated. The complete list of
recipients is on page 6. The Northwest regional Council Reps, other activists and
guests are invited to the recognition banquet each year in appreciation for their work
on behalf of members.
