Does your career need

Ed Wells Partnership
Have you been putting off a long-time goal, are feeling stuck, or are finally ready to take the next step in your
dream career path?
Ed Wells Partnership offers one-on-one career
coaching and consultation to give personalized
and confidential career development support
exclusively for SPEEA-represented employees.
I inherited this wonderful program from
Michelle Kelley when she retired. She started
the career coaching/consulting for Ed Wells in
2003, and since then, it has grown to include
nine coaches and eight consultants.
I want to see it continue to serve the technical community and grow to provide even more
value, but a lot of people don’t know it’s here.
If you’re interested in exploring what’s next in
your career, you have two options to choose from
through Ed Wells – either coaching or consultation.
All of the career coaches have completed an
International Coach Federation-accredited training program.
The consultants are experienced engineers and
technical employees who have a broad network
across the company and a passion for sharing
Both coaching and consultation are one-on-one
and confidential. Employees can meet in person
or over the phone. Services are provided at no
cost to the SPEEA-represented employee.
Getting started is easy. When you contact me,
I will send you a helpful guide to choose which
service you’d like – coaching or consulting.
Employees can start with one service and switch
at any time.
After you choose the service, you will receive a
list of coaches or consultants and a link to their
Boeing inSite profiles to help you decide who
would be the right fit for your career development needs.
